The Pink House Salon Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At The Pink House Salon, we value your time and our team’s time. To ensure fairness to both our guests and stylists, we have the following policies in place:

Deposits

•    A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.

•    Deposits will be applied to your total service cost.

•    Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit invoice is paid.

•    Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking or the appointment will be canceled.

Cancellations & No-Shows

•    No-Shows: Deposit is forfeited.

•    Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment: Deposit is forfeited.

•    Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: Deposit will be refunded or transferred to a future appointment.

Running Late

•    If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

•    Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may result in loss of deposit.

Why We Require Deposits

Unfortunately, due to the rise in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, deposits help us protect our stylists’ time and ensure availability for clients who are ready to book. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us continue to provide the best Pink House experience.
